MetCon+ is FitHub REP's high-intensity metabolic conditioning program — built for athletes who want to push their cardiovascular limits and burn hard in a short, structured session.

Each class is 60 minutes of purposeful work. No filler, no wasted time. The programming combines short, intense intervals with minimal rest — think AMRAPs, EMOMs, and timed circuits using kettlebells, dumbbells, rowers, bikes, and bodyweight movements.

MetCon+ is designed to complement your CrossFit or strength training schedule. It sharpens your conditioning, improves your work capacity, and teaches your body to recover faster between efforts — skills that carry over to every other thing you do in the gym.

Have any questions?

What types of membership plans do you offer?

We offer memberships based on how many times you train per week — 2x, 4x, or Unlimited. We also offer punch cards for 10 or 20 sessions, drop-in passes (single or 3-pack), and a weekly pass. Full pricing details are available on our Membership page.

What are the gym's operating hours?

Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Saturday: 9:00–11:00 AM. Closed on Sundays. Coached classes run throughout the day; Open Gym runs alongside all class hours.

Do I need to be in shape to start?

Absolutely not. Every workout at FitHub REP is scalable to your current fitness level. Our coaches will make sure you're challenged, never overwhelmed — and you'll be surprised how fast you progress when you're part of the right community.

How do I sign up for classes?

Through our app — it's simple. Once you join, we send you a link to download it and from there you can browse the schedule and book any class in seconds.

Do you offer personal training sessions?

Yes, we offer personal training sessions with our expert coaches. They will work with you to create a customized workout plan tailored to your specific needs and goals.

What measures are you taking for health and safety?

Your health and safety are our top priorities. We follow stringent cleaning protocols, provide hand sanitizers throughout the facility, and ensure all equipment is sanitized regularly.

Are there any contracts or commitments?

None. FitHub REP works like a subscription — your membership renews automatically each month and continues until you decide to cancel. No commitments, no lock-in. All we ask for is 30 days' notice before cancelling.
