Jennifer Flowers
Head Coach
Jennifer started CrossFit in 2016 and never looked back. A US Army Reserves Master Fitness Trainer, she earned her CrossFit Level 1 in 2019 and Level 2 in 2020. She joined REP in August 2023 and has been coaching here ever since. What drives her is simple: that moment when a movement finally clicks for an athlete. Watching people grow, hit milestones, and surprise themselves — that's what gets her to the gym every day.

Scott Barrios
Coach
Scott has been doing CrossFit since 2006 and joined REP in 2024. A 20-year US Marine Corps veteran, he specializes in CrossFit and strength coaching with a competitive background in powerlifting. What drives him is helping athletes build new skills, gain confidence, and reach goals they didn't think were possible.

Hanna Motivani
Coach
Hanna has been coaching for over two years and has called REP home for the past year. She specializes in functional fitness and believes the gym should be a place where you feel better, learn something new, and actually enjoy the process. That energy is what gets her through the door every morning — and what she brings to every class.

Michael Volk
Coach
Michael has been a member at REP since 2018 and officially joined the coaching staff in October 2025. He specializes in CrossFit and brings the perspective of a long-time athlete to every class he leads. A morning athlete himself, Michael loves starting his day by accomplishing something hard — and as a coach, he enjoys motivating others to do the same. Whether it's hitting a new PR, nailing a new movement, or pushing through a tough workout, he's there to help every athlete move toward their personal goals.

Katelyn Warshaw
Coach
Katelyn has been doing CrossFit for 10 years and started coaching in May 2024. She became a coach to give back to a community that has given her so much — and that's what she looks forward to every time she walks through the doors. She specializes in pacing strategy and Olympic weightlifting, with multiple weightlifting seminars under her belt. The snatch and clean & jerk are some of her favorites to coach, and she's known for helping athletes build a smart game plan from start to finish.

Lauren LaBorde
Coach
Lauren has been coaching for nearly four years and joined REP a year ago. She specializes in strength and conditioning, Olympic weightlifting, injury prevention, and sport-specific training for youth and collegiate athletes. What drives her is helping people build real strength and confidence, move well, and feel supported every step of the way.
