LiftLab at FitHub REP is a structured strength and Olympic lifting program designed for athletes who want to get seriously strong — two sessions per week, each built around proven principles of progressive overload and technical development.
Every session runs 60-75 minutes and follows a consistent framework: a focused warm-up, an Olympic lifting component (Snatch or Clean), a primary strength lift, complementary accessory work, and a targeted cool-down. The programming builds on itself over a 6-week cycle — weights, percentages, and volume increase deliberately from session to session.
Whether you are new to barbell training or refining your competition lifts, LiftLab meets you where you are. Every rep is coached, every set has a purpose.

What types of membership plans do you offer?
We offer memberships based on how many times you train per week — 2x, 4x, or Unlimited. We also offer punch cards for 10 or 20 sessions, drop-in passes (single or 3-pack), and a weekly pass. Full pricing details are available on our Membership page.
What are the gym's operating hours?
Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Saturday: 9:00–11:00 AM. Closed on Sundays. Coached classes run throughout the day; Open Gym runs alongside all class hours.
Do I need to be in shape to start?
Absolutely not. Every workout at FitHub REP is scalable to your current fitness level. Our coaches will make sure you're challenged, never overwhelmed — and you'll be surprised how fast you progress when you're part of the right community.
How do I sign up for classes?
Through our app — it's simple. Once you join, we send you a link to download it and from there you can browse the schedule and book any class in seconds.
Do you offer personal training sessions?
Yes, we offer personal training sessions with our expert coaches. They will work with you to create a customized workout plan tailored to your specific needs and goals.

What measures are you taking for health and safety?
Your health and safety are our top priorities. We follow stringent cleaning protocols, provide hand sanitizers throughout the facility, and ensure all equipment is sanitized regularly.
Are there any contracts or commitments?
None. FitHub REP works like a subscription — your membership renews automatically each month and continues until you decide to cancel. No commitments, no lock-in. All we ask for is 30 days' notice before cancelling.
