Who it's for

Basic is built for athletes who want a structured, coached training rhythm without committing to daily training. Two solid sessions a week, every week, year-round.

It's the most popular entry point for people coming back to fitness after a break — or anyone fitting strength and conditioning in alongside another sport, a busy career, or family schedule.

What you'll do

9 coach-led classes per month, drawn from our full programming menu: CrossFit, HYROX-style conditioning, strength work, MetCon+, and Yoga / Mobility. Every class is scaled to where you are on day one — and adjusted as you progress.

Class size is capped, so a coach is watching your reps, cueing positions, and adjusting loads. You're not lost in a crowd.

What to expect after 90 days

Two coached sessions a week is enough to make real, visible progress when the programming is intentional. Most Basic members report better movement quality, measurable strength gains, and more energy through the day after the first 8-12 weeks.
